Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing TTLM, Inc. (DBA Terra Turf Landscape) for your lawn and landscape services. Please take a moment to review our Terms of Service. By hiring us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints
If you are not 100% satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do everything possible to make it right. If applicable, please provide photos and a detailed description to help us resolve the issue promptly.
Definition of a “Man Hour”
A man hour is defined as the amount of work one person can complete in one hour.
Sprinkler Heads
If we accidentally damage a sprinkler head and it is not repaired immediately, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will schedule the repairs at no cost to you.
Gate Access & Locks
Many clients provide us with their gate combination for easy access to fenced areas on service days. If you prefer not to, please ensure your gate is unlocked by 7:00 AM on your service day. If your gate is locked, we cannot send a crew back to service fenced areas. To avoid issues, we recommend using a Gold MasterLock with a 4-digit combination.
Billing & Payments
- A debit/credit card is required for all recurring services and must remain on file. If removed, your account may be suspended until a valid card is added.
- By providing your payment information, you authorize us to securely store and automatically charge your card upon completion of services. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Payments are processed through a third-party provider, and we do not store full credit card details on our systems.
- If a payment is declined, we will continue processing until the balance is paid. It is your responsibility to keep your account details and payment information current.
- Service may be suspended or canceled for delinquent accounts.
- You can access your Client Portal at any time to view billing history. If you need a receipt, please contact us after your service is completed.
- For billing disputes, contact us immediately at (972-424-8873) or office@terraturf.com for resolution.
- Full payment is due upon completion of services. Unpaid balances may result in service delays, voided warranties, or further collection actions.
Marketing & Use of Photos
You grant us permission to use exterior photos of your lawn/landscape for our website or promotional materials. We may also place a small, disposable sign in your landscape, which you may remove at any time.
Warranty Policy
- All work is performed according to industry standards.
- If specific plants/items are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with items of equal or greater value.
- Limited Warranty: We provide a 90-day warranty on installations/services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Warranty includes a one-time replacement visit, and multiple warranty claims for the same item are not covered.
- Warranty does not cover issues caused by weather, climate, natural events, homeowner negligence, or other factors beyond our control.
Property Damage
If we accidentally damage your property, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and either arrange for professional repairs or fully replace the damaged item at no cost to you.
Weather & Rain Policy
- We work in light rain to stay on schedule.
- In severe weather, delays may occur—typically only one day.
- If you prefer to skip or delay service due to wet conditions, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Sales Tax
All pricing is subject to Texas state sales tax. More details are available through the Texas Comptroller’s Office.
Cancellations & Skipped Services
- To cancel or skip a service, contact us at office@terraturf.com or (972-424-8873) at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.
- Monday service cancellations must be received by 3:00 PM on the previous Friday.
- Mowing Services: Weekly and biweekly rates assume at least 5 visits. If you cancel before the 5th service, we may charge the difference between the discounted rate and our one-time mowing rate for completed services.
- Monthly Landscape Cleanups: If you cancel before 3 consecutive months of service, we may charge the difference between the discounted rate and the one-time cleanup price.
Project Estimates & Change Orders
- Written estimates are provided for SOD, drainage, landscaping, and Christmas light installations.
- Review estimates carefully before approval. If you have questions or need adjustments, do not approve the estimate until everything is clear.
- Approval Methods: You approve an estimate by either:
- Clicking “Accept Proposal” at the bottom of the estimate.
- Providing a 50% deposit.
- Change Orders: Verbal changes are not valid. All changes must be agreed upon in writing via email. Changes may incur additional fees and will require written/email/text approval before taking effect.
Return & Refund Policy
- Lawn Mowing, Cleanups, Mulch Services: If you are unsatisfied, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. If we cannot, we may issue a credit to your account (usable within 12 months) or process a refund at our discretion.
- Landscape Projects, SOD, Drainage, Christmas Lights:
- Materials are ordered immediately upon acceptance, and your installation spot is reserved.
- If you cancel, we will attempt to stop orders with vendors, but your deposit is non-refundable.
- However, your deposit (minus any non-refundable vendor fees) can be applied to another project within 12 months.
Communication Policy
- All communication will be sent electronically unless we decide otherwise.
- You are responsible for checking and maintaining the email and phone number associated with your account.
- We track email receipt and may record calls for quality and training purposes.
Privacy Policy
- We are committed to protecting your privacy.
- Some general information may be collected to improve our services.
- Limited data may be shared with affiliates to enhance your experience.
Updates to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. If you disagree with any updates, you should immediately cancel your service by contacting us at (972-424-8873) or office@terraturf.com and requesting a cancellation confirmation.
